A seventh holiday cottage is currently utilised as a linen store, supporting the day-to-day operation of the holiday business, but retains potential for reinstatement to holiday accommodation, subject to requirements.

Further enhancing the offering are three static holiday lodges, each positioned to provide privacy and benefiting from external decking areas and private hot tubs, significantly increasing guest appeal and income potential. The site also provides space for caravan electric hook-ups, offering flexibility for touring accommodation or future expansion, subject to relevant consents.

Overall, Lancombe Country Cottages presents a diverse and attractive accommodation mix within a desirable rural location, well suited to continued holiday-let use with scope for operational flexibility and enhancement.
